Meditation in the Morning
"Waking Up" is so important. In literature, religion... spirituality, this action is significant. It should be. We just experienced a nighttime of rejuvenation. We dreamt. Our subconscious drew us pictures of itself. With mediation, we have the opportunity to experience this new self. This doesn't need to be long. 30 seconds may even do the trick.

Draw the person you hope to be. I don't mean the physical you. Put your attention on the emotional you... your well being, your happiness, your personality, your values. Take your time with this drawing. Keep it in a safe place. You can hang it up or keep it in a daily journal. Remind yourself of this vision. Try not to be upset with yourself for not having all of this right now because when you begin committing yourself you will see this vision manifest.

- Leave the list by your bed and read it whenever you remember. Add to it whenever you would like.
- Commit to and take action on making your list a reality. Check your thoughts and actions. Do they agree with the life you would like to have?
